We serve import, export and transit shipments, airport-to-airport and door-to-door.
- Everywhere with scheduled cargo service. Through our agency network and our agreements with airlines, we ship to all points with scheduled cargo capacity.
- Capacity and booking. We have been an IATA cargo agent since 1984; in that capacity we book space with airlines and plan flights ourselves.
- Together with customs. From the air waybill (AWB) to the customs declaration, all documents are prepared in one coordinated process.

- Full and part loads. FCL when your cargo fills a container, LCL when it does not.
- Container type selection. Standard, high cube, reefer, open top and flat rack; we recommend the type based on your cargo dimensions.
- Together with customs. We check the documents before the cargo reaches port and prepare the declaration ahead of arrival.

Customs brokerage
We have been customs brokers since 1982. The first decision in any file is which customs procedure the goods will be placed under; the declaration, duties and documents all follow from it. Besides import and export, we prepare the declarations for transit, customs warehousing, inward processing, temporary admission and free zone operations.
- Import and export. Tariff classification, customs value and origin; declarations and permits.
- Transit. For moving goods to an inland customs office on import and for transit through Türkiye: national transit (NCTS).
- Customs procedures with economic impact. Customs warehousing, inward processing, temporary admission, outward processing.
- Free zone. From our office in the European Free Zone, Tekirdağ.
- Advisory. Customs and foreign exchange regulations, incentives and exemptions.
Warehousing
Storage before and
after a shipment
We plan storage as part of your shipment file: inbound, outbound and dispatch are organised on one schedule, in warehouses run by our solution partners.
- Consolidation before shipment. When cargo arrives piece by piece from several suppliers, it is collected in the warehouse until it leaves as a single shipment.
- Waiting after arrival. If the consignee will not take delivery right after arrival, the cargo cannot be left at the port for long; once free time runs out, demurrage and storage charges start.
- Transhipment. When cargo moves from one mode of transport to another, for example from ship to truck, it waits briefly in the warehouse and is loaded onto the next vehicle in its own packaging. Where needed, unpacking and repacking are also done.
Insurance
Cargo insurance and
carrier liability
A carrier's liability is capped by convention and calculated on weight. Insurance is a separate contract.
- Liability is capped. In air, sea and road transport the upper limit is set by separate conventions.
- Incoterms decide. Under CIF and CIP the seller arranges insurance; other delivery terms carry no obligation.
- We carry freight forwarder liability cover. The work we handle as a freight forwarder falls under our professional liability (freight forwarder liability) policy. That policy answers for our own liability; it does not insure the value of your goods, which needs separate cargo insurance.

How we work
We were founded in Istanbul in 1982 as a customs brokerage; two years later we received our IATA accreditation. Ever since, we have run freight and customs side by side. Regulation keeps these two services in separate legal entities; our clients work with one integrated team for both: one file, one point of contact.

When freight and customs go to separate companies, documents travel back and forth between them. When we run both, we track your file from a single point.

We start work on your request the same day. Your request is routed to the operations team that matches your cargo.
Run by the same family
We have been managed by the same family since the day we were founded; the second generation runs the company today. The continuity in our decisions and our long-standing client relationships come from this.

We serve every industry; under general cargo we carry and clear freight of all kinds. The lines below are simply the busiest in our files.
Over the years we have also handled work well outside this frame. For more than a decade we ran intensive air cargo shipments on the Istanbul–Moscow lane for two of Russia's largest retail chains. In 2011 we carried racing tyres for an international motorsport event; we flew amusement park equipment to Sudan on a chartered freighter and sent television production equipment to Cyprus and the Dominican Republic. Automotive spare parts to Germany, radioactive material transports and precious metal shipments are among the countless projects we have run.
